These Terms and Conditions [ "Terms" ] govern your use of the ParaXy Pay website,software and services [ Collectively reffered to as the "Services" ]. By accessing or usig our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Important Desclaimer

ParaXy Pay does not collect or hold payments from customers. 

We are a payment automation system that allows marchant users to receive payments directly from their customers using their own payment method and channels.

All transactions occur directly between the customer and the marchant.

ParaXy Pay is not responsible for any losses, scams or fraudlent activities caused by marchant.

Customers must verify the credibility and trustworthyness of a marchant before making any payment.

If a marchant is found to be involved in fraud or misuse, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their access to our service, but we can not gurantee recovery of funds or mediation.

Prohibited activities

users must refrain engaging in the following activities : 

Unlawful Use 

Misusing the license granted by Paraxy Pay for any unlawful purposes including : 

Betting or Gambling

Fraudulent investment schemes

Any other illigal operations under Bangladeshi Law

** Consequenses : Such violations will result in immidiate suspension or terminstion of service and may lead to legal action.

Non-Compailant Website

Using our services on erbsite that fail to comply with local laws and regulations.

** Right To Terminate : ParaXy Pay may revoke licenses or services if such violations are discoverd.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Services.

ParaXy Pay provides payment automation tools to help businesses manage more efficiantly. Our services include : 

Invoicing and billing automations

Payment forwarding and notifications.

API integration with popular mobile financial services [ MFS ]

Support for international payment routing

** Note : We do not act as a bank or payment intermediary. All payments are made directly between customer and marchant.

Fees and Payments

** Service Packages : Various service plans are available with associated fees.

** Fee Details : Clearly communicated during sign-up or package upgrade.

** User Responsibility : You are solely responsible for 

Paying your service fees on time

Covering any application third-party charges while using the system.

Funds

Funds added to ParaXy Pay cannot be withdrawn. These funds can only be used to purchase plans.

Intellectual Property

All Content code and features of ParaXy Pay are the exclusive property of the platform and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not

copy, modify or redistribute platform content

Sell or sublicense parts of our system

Attempt to reverse-engineer the code.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. All legal disputes must be brought exclusive before Bangladeshi courts.
